Owner Tom LaForest should be ashamed to call this place his. Really disappointing experience. The service was terrible, the staff was rude, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about the customers. We waited way too long for our drinks, and when we finally got them, the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. The atmosphere was nothing special, and the way we were treated completely ruined the night. I understand that bars can get busy, but there’s no excuse for poor service and an attitude toward paying customers. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good night out.

This wasn’t a good experience at all. Food was basic at best and the server was also bartending, waiting tables and answering phones. There weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant but there were a few. Our server was nice but had too much going on. My husband ordered the chicken nachos. While there was a huge mound of them, he had to search for the chicken. There was probably a half a chicken breast only on top. It took a while for his calamari appetizer to come out and the food arrived right behind it. It was horrible since by then we were starving. We won’t go back.

First time at the Wintergarden, which I heard had some cool history that I wanted to check out. Nice space ft two rooms: one for dining, and another, with pool tables and darts also offering additional seating (arcade games would be a great addition). Food was solid. A bit more explanation upon arrival especially for the sausage platter. The Margherita flatbread was our favorite, super cheesy, more like a pizza. I was curious if the flatbread dough is homemade because it was super flavorful?!

I wanted to hold back a food star,(but their food is so good!), because they straight up stole Taco Tuesday, and my life is just a little more dule for it. It was probably Steve's fault. Thankfully, everything on the menu is very good and reasonably priced every day 😊 The pizza, just do it. The drinks come quick and cold, and the pool table situation is insane! I always have a great time playing at this establishment. Come and enjoy the company of their super nice and chill staff - tip accordingly, these are professionals!

I had a 50th birthday party there for my husband just 2 weeks ago. Kyle was awesome in making sure we had everything we needed food wise to serve about 40 people. It was served buffet style, with soda, lemonade and water and we just did a cash bar. Katie was our server, and she was fun, attentive, and efficient. It happened to be the day of the snow storm, and the power flickered a couple of times. In spite of the weather we had a great turnout, and the kitchen was able to stagger our food to accommodate our staggering in guests. The food was so awesome, and just the right amount. We had half a tray of spinach dip which was served with homemade pita chips and tortilla chips, a salad, half tray of chicken tenders, and 50 sliders, served half at a time. We brought our 12 and 9 year old boys, and some friends brought their similar aged children too. The kids had a great time playing pool, and learning how to throw darts. It was so nice to have a way to entertain the kids so they could be a part of the evening too. They will remember the fun night forever. Overall I would give 10 stars if I could. The Winter Garden will be one of the first places we think to go in the future.
